Cruise Recap

Sorry for the delayed posting, but not only did I get back from the cruise right before thanksgiving, but I also got a nasty sinus infection on black Friday! Not that I was planning to shop it, but still I didn't even have an option!

So holy holidays! I cannot believe it is already December, I will be sure to work on a recap, but seriously the year has FLOWN by and I'm afraid as I get further out of college it will just keep flying!

So the cruise....it was interesting and very eye opening. I was able to see some very beautiful places, yet I didn't feel like I had enough time at each port & the ship itself was just full of glutinous individuals! Everywhere I looked there were obese men, women & sadly children. It really made me upset about the state of our education about health and wellness.
